Ultimate Express Car Wash

I went through the wash and took a close look at my vehicle afterward. The finish looked good, the vehicle came out clean, and even the areas I normally pay attention to looked much better than before. When I had a question, someone from the team was available to help and made sure I had what I needed. I appreciated being able to discuss it with a staff member and finish my visit feeling satisfied with the results. Overall it was a smooth experience and my vehicle looked great when I drove away.

I paid for one of the higher wash packages and within a few minutes of finishing up I took a good look at my vehicle. Everything looked clean and I was pleased with the overall results. Before heading out, I spent a little extra time checking things over and finishing up the vehicle, and the team was available if I needed anything. I appreciated that the process was straightforward and that customer satisfaction seemed important throughout my visit. Overall, I felt like I received good value and left with a vehicle that looked the way I hoped it would.

So I purchased the unlimited membership using the best available wash option. So far, I have been pleased after coming out of the car wash and seeing how clean my vehicle looked. The membership has been convenient and easy to use. I get that all car washes arent perfect but the wash here has consistently done a good job keeping my vehicle looking clean and presentable. That is one of the main reasons I signed up in the first place. Just know that this location works hard to provide a quality wash experience. Very satisfied.

I am a very fragile man, so staying in the car with all those machines going was a pretty scary thought. But after a few deep breaths and some encouraging words from the great staff at ultimate express, i rode through the car wash, and when my car came out I couldn't believe how clean it was. ,I'm not sure if I'll go again because of how scary it was for me, but I highly recommend for others to give them a try.

This place is a total rip-off! I wanted a refund right after I paid because I realized it wasn't full service and I didn't want to vacuum the car myself. But the guy didn't let me go out, even though there was only one car behind me, just so I could get out of line. The person who took my card was super rude and didn't even bother to explain their services. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. And there's no way to contact management either.
